How to Place an Order

We will contact you to confirm your order within 48 hours.
Full payment will then be required, by paypal, cash or cheque (all cheques must be cleared before your order is processed).

Lead time and Delivery
For all orders please allow 4-6 weeks from receipt and clearance of your payment. All orders are confirmed by email or post.

Postage & Collection Details
Orders sent by post are despatched by recorded post, Royal Mail special delivery or Parcel Force, depending on the order value and weight. We can send orders to any UK postal address, but a signature will be required on delivery, orders cannot be left without a signature. Collection service is also available by appointments only. 

Storage of Chocolates
To ensure that you have the freshest chocolates possible, we like to despatch orders near to your function date, on collection/delivery of the chocolates to your address we recommend you store the chocolates in a cool dry place, away from bright lights or strong odours.
